Project: Platform for managing data centers at Orange
‍Objective: Centralize data, equipment and interventions to optimize maintenance and coordination
‍Background: Heterogeneous infrastructures (modern and old), requiring an adaptable solution
‍My role:
. Design of a fluid, intuitive interface that is accessible to different profiles (technicians, managers, administrators).
. Collaboration with internal teams to digitize and modernize existing processes.
. Creation of optimized and scalable navigation, designed for the current and future needs of data centers.

UX approach: focused on field research and co-design

. Interviews with technicians, managers and administrators to identify irritants and needs.
