. Collaboration with internal teams to digitize and modernize existing processes.
.
Creation of optimized and scalable navigation, designed for the current and future needs of data centers.

UX research

UX approach: focused on field research and co-design
Methods used:
.
Interviews with technicians, managers and administrators to identify irritants and needs.
. On-site observations to understand the real environment and operational constraints.
. Benchmark of solutions internal/external to be inspired by best practices.
. Co-design workshops with stakeholders to create adapted paths.
. Iterative user testing to validate and refine the prototypes.
. Heuristic analysis to ensure consistency and adaptability on desktop and mobile

Challenges

. Simplifying complex processes without loss of efficiency.
. Adoption by teams used to traditional tools.
. Ergonomics designed for smooth change management.
. Optimized accessibility for constrained environments (noise, low light) and various supports.
