Mission Monitoring, Assessments and Career Development

Project: Internal platform for managing the career of consultants (assignment, performance monitoring, salary evolution, training, evaluations)
Objective: Centralize information to offer an overview to managers and HR, simplify the consultant experience
My role:
. Design of a fluid and intuitive interface to facilitate access to essential information
. Integration of dynamic dashboards, assessment workflows, and skills management
. Maintaining accessibility and engagement for the various stakeholders
UX approach: Focused on user needs and the optimization of internal workflows
Methods used:
. Interviews with consultants, managers and HR to identify needs and points of friction
. Analysis of internal workflows to identify key processes and critical information
. Co-design workshops to define functionalities and prioritize information
. Optimizing user journeys to facilitate the evaluation and monitoring of objectives
. Exploring gamification to strengthen user engagement
.Iterative user testing to adjust ergonomics and ensure smooth navigation
. Comparative study existing solutions to be inspired by best practices
. Centralize different data sources (missions, evaluations, training, salaries) in a clear and intuitive interface
. Designing a flexible system to adapt to the evolution of consultants' careers
. Facilitate the engagement of consultants by avoiding the perception of a simple HR reporting tool
. Ensuring integration with internal human resources management systems
